Beast cpu for gaming was a no brainer purchase.

This thing cranks! Plenty of performance overhead for gaming at 1440p and keeps below 70c under load. Mine scored fairly high on pass mark (89th percentile stock voltage, non OC and 98th over clocked). I avoided any ASRock Mobo’s due to reports of x3d chips failing. No issues so far and it just chews through whatever I throw at it. Very happy with the product.

Brilliant, super fast

Works well, handles BG3 with ease. Not outstandingly fast on audio processing but pretty good. Runs warmer than my previous processor XT7800 which meant a bit more fan noise- but upgrading to Noctua fans fixed that easily.

Great processor 9800x3d works flawlessly.
