A good processor for its price. Don’t need a high quality cooler. Runs great

No need for a high quality cooler

Good CPU

An excellent Processor for gaming with all and more of what you need. The included stock cooler allows you to save money, and I’ve had no issues of stability or running poorly.

Planning on using PBO2 to improve the CPU’s performance further.

Perfect for gaming, Can be tuned for better thermals/performance, Looks really cool, Has good thermals, Comes with stock cooler

Expensive socket (Motherboard and RAM), Not great for high-end productivity, If you play FPS’s at a competitive level, get an X3D chip instead

Great CPU for the money! Would choose this over the 7600X, because they are essentially the same CPU, both being unlocked and overclockable, just that the 7600 is a lot more energy efficient than the X version by default. Easy to use Ryzen Master app to ‘convert’ to a 7600X or thereabouts if needed, though generally superfluous to needs, as this 6C 12T CPU is plenty capable for productivity and the vast majority of gaming scenarios as is. 🙂

Energy efficient, powerful, 6C 12T is sweet spot for gaming for the forseeable future. Overclockable easily if desired.

More cores and threads for the money would always be good, and AM5 is a pricier platform at the moment, though relatively recent and with upgrade potential later on.
