The build quality is great. However my last cooler was water based and although Noctua claim quietness, this is too loud for my liking. I do not like the revving up noise it makes when the cpu is doing some work. This would be ideal for a PC that is not busy and is fine most of the time.
If it keeps bothering me I will probably ditch this and replace with a water based cooler. Even a single fan water cooler will do.
