• Studies suggest an average adult serving would be between 2 and 20g depending on diet and other contributing factors.

L-Arginine is generally well absorbed orally and can be added to foods or liquids.  Arginine levels can best be maintained by not taking it continuously. A schedule of  four weeks of continuous use followed by a two-week break generally works best.
