Altered Pump combines several high-impact ingredients for a well-rounded pre-workout experience. Citrulline malate (10,000 mg) plays a key role in promoting nitric oxide levels, helping support blood flow and muscular pump. Beta alanine (3200 mg) helps buffer lactic acid, supporting endurance during high-intensity training. Betaine nitrate delivers 2220 mg of betaine and 780 mg of nitrates, enhancing both performance and nitric oxide production. Agmapure (1500 mg) is included to further support vasodilation and nutrient delivery. For hydration, the formula includes pink Himalayan salt and potassium citrate to help replenish key electrolytes lost through sweat. Magnesium and calcium citrate round out the hydration matrix to assist in muscle function and cramp prevention. The nootropic matrix features tyrosine, Alpha GPC, theanine, and huperzine A—compounds known to support cognitive performance, focus, and mental clarity during demanding sessions. Altered Pump delivers a comprehensive, stimulant-free pre-workout solution designed to support your training with performance, hydration, and focus-enhancing ingredients—all without the jitters.
