These Thermalright fans one of my better buys. Budget price but they have 4 pin connectors so they have PWM control, something only the more expensive fans usually have. Installed three of them in the bottom of my case as intake fans. Looking at replacing the 3 fans that came with my case with these. The case fans are only 3 pin fans, so no PWM control, only voltage control of fan speed.
