At iCulture Fiji, we specialise in sourcing products directly from Australia and delivering them safely and efficiently to customers across Fiji. Please read the details below to understand how our international shipping cycle and local delivery process works.

1. International Shipping (Australia → Fiji)

We source all products from trusted Australian retailers and ship them to Fiji via air freight once a month.

Order Cut-Off

Customers must place their orders before the end of each month to be included in the upcoming monthly shipment.

Shipping Method

Our air freight service provides fast and reliable transportation from Sydney to Fiji.

Delivery Timeframe

Once the shipment departs Sydney, it arrives in Fiji within 1 day.
After customs clearance, orders are prepared for:
✔ Pick-up OR
✔ Local delivery
Final delivery is typically completed within 4–5 business days after arrival in Fiji.

2. Local Shipping (Within Fiji)

Free Local Pick-Up

Customers can collect their orders from our Makoi, Rarama Street location at no extra cost.

Local Postage

For customers who require delivery via Post Fiji, all local postage fees must be covered by the customer.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once full payment is received.
Orders submitted after the monthly cut-off will be placed in the next month’s shipment.

4. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
