Most orders are dispatched the same day from Melbourne Warehouse if your order is placed before 12pm, (Monday-Friday) payment is received and products are in stock. Depending on your shipping destination orders can take from 1- 10 business days transit time. Same-day dispatch is not applicable on public holidays in Victoria, Australia. Caremax are unable to change, modify, or cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

Your parcel is picked up by the Australia Post driver around 12pm everyday instead of being sent over the counter to speed up the delivery process. However this means packages are NOT scanned in and show as PENDING on the Australia Post tracking page. The next update will be from the post office nearest to your shipping address, who will scan the item as received, and IN TRANSIT. Please refer to delivery time frames to determine when you will receive your order.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been despatched. If you have not received your tracking details within 2-3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with our customer service team at enquiries@caremax.com.au. Sometimes the shipping confirmation email can land in your junk/spam inbox so we recommend checking there before contacting us.
After the order has been delivered, customers can return their order to Caremax warehouse at their own expense within 30 days of the initial purchase so long as the products are unopened, unused, and undamaged. Once the full contents of the order have been received & verified as unopened, unused, and undamaged by Caremax, a full refund shall be issued minus the return delivery fee, a restocking fee, and any fees from payment merchants incurred by Caremax when the order was placed. Please contact enquiries@caremax.com.au to arrange a return. Please refer to the Return Policy for more information on returning a product.
Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box or parcel locker?
-Yes, orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
Am I entitled to compensation if my order is delayed?
-Caremax does not take responsibility or offer refunds/ compensation for orders that are delayed or not delivered. Some examples of additional circumstances we do not cover include but are not limited to:
• Customer is not available at the time of delivery.
• Customer has nominated a third-party to collect the item and that third-party has not made themselves available, or has failed surrender the product to the customer.
• Customer has changed the delivery address.
• Customer has instructed the delivery partner to return at another time.
• Issues with delivery partner or courier post-order dispatch.ReturnsReturn Policy
According to the ACCC, buyers are not entitled to a refund if they simply change their mind. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to return items for any reason within 30 days of purchase (T&Cs apply below).
However, please choose carefully, we do not normally give refunds for postage & handling cost if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (the product & packaging must be in suitable condition to resell). Please read on for specifics relating to the T&C.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange/credit.
If your refund request is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How long do I have to return a product purchased from Caremax?
-Caremax has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee policy, meaning any Customer can return a product, or products (provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging) included in their purchase within 30 days of that purchase, with the date the order is dispatched from the Caremax, or collected by the Customer from Caremax store serving as day 1 of this period.
Can I return a product after 30 days for ‘change of mind’?
-Caremax cannot accept returned products after 30 days have passed from the date the product was dispatched or collected under any circumstances.
Can I return a product after it has been used?
-Caremax is unable to accept a returned product or issue refunds for a product that has been used in any way. All returned products will undergo a thorough assessment by Caremax before any refunds or exchanges are issued.
A product or products are considered used if:
• The product has been completely unpackaged, or;
• The packaging has been damaged or discarded, or;
• The product is dirty or damaged, or;
• The product has been modified or dismantled in any way.
Effectively, products can only be returned if the products are in exactly the same condition in which they left the Caremax to be delivered to the customer that ordered them.
Can I return a product if I no longer have the original packaging?
-For a product to be considered ‘unused’ and thus eligible for return, the product must be returned in its original & undamaged packaging. For this reason, Caremax highly suggests taking care to open the product carefully as to avoid damaging the packaging, then keeping that packaging for 30 days. Products returned without their original packaging, or in notably damaged packaging, or with parts of their packaging missing are automatically ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
Are there any other costs associated with returning a product?
-Caremax will also deduct the cost of the Customer’s chosen payment methods (merchant fees), or any other charges incurred by Caremax through the process of delivering the initial order. The original shipping cost incurred by Caremax to ship the item(s) to the Customer in the first place will also be deducted from the total refund amount. Caremax will inform the Customer of the total amount of deductions to be made from any issued refund before the Customer initiates the product return.
My product was damaged, or went missing during return transit. Will I still get my refund?
-If any returning product is damaged during return transit, or goes missing before it is delivered to Caremax, no refund will be issued. In these instances, the Customer is advised to contact their chosen courier service for assistance.
My product return was rejected. What happens next?
-In the event that a Customer’s returned product or products do not meet the conditions of the Returns Policy, the Customer shall have the option of having their products delivered back to their address at their own expense. The Customer must organise their own return shipping, by doing so, accepting that Caremax is not liable for any damage their product or products acquire while being shipped back to the Customer at the hands of the Customer’s chosen courier.
Refund Policy
Caremax may, at its discretion, choose to offer a Customer a refund under a variety of circumstances. There are specifics to the Caremax refund policy so please read on for specifics below.
Under which circumstances am I able to get a refund?
-A Customer may be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:
• Product purchased has a major problem as outlined on ACCC website.
• Change of mind.
In the ‘change of mind’ scenarios, the product must be returned:
• Unused; and;
• Unopened, or if opened, in its original and intact packaging, and;
• Undamaged, and;
• Clean, and;
• Unmodified, and;
• Within 30 days of the date the product was purchased.
More than 30 days have passed since I purchased my product. Can I still request a refund?
-Caremax will not issue refunds for any product that was purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request unless it has a major problem within the warranty period as outlined on ACCC website.
Do I have to return my purchase to get a refund?
-In the event a Customer requests a refund for a product, that product must be returned to the Caremax and inspected by Caremax before a refund can be issued. No refunds shall be issued without the products being returned by the Customer to Caremax first, and inspected by Caremax.
My refund request has been rejected. What can I do now?
-In the event that Caremax elects to deny a Customer’s refund due to the returned product not meeting the criteria for a refund, the Customer may have the product returned to them at their own expense.
Are there any deductions from my refund?
-If a Customer’s ‘change of mind’ refund request is approved, the Customer must pay all associated costs and fees including, but not limited to: all shipping costs, merchant & transaction fees, etc, that are incurred by Caremax. The original shipping cost incurred by Caremax to ship the item(s) to the Customer in the first place will also be deducted from the total refund amount.
Caremax will inform the Customer of the total amount of deductions to be made from any issued refund before the Customer initiates the product return.
Full refund can only be approved for product with major problem within the warranty period as outlined on ACCC website.
My product has shipped with, or developed, a manufacturing defect. Am I entitled to a refund?
-Ordinarily, a refund is not issued in the event of a manufacturing defect unless it has a major problem within the warranty period as outlined on ACCC website.
