The Thermalright Peerless assassin really does live up to its name, I have used water coolers which are less efficient at cooling then this heatsink. Very high quality for the price on par with the noctua nhd-15. Be careful about size restraints as it is very tall.

got 100 degrees before i got this then i got this kinda hard to install hurt my hand but its cool and im sitting on 40 under load and comes with paste so its pretty cool would recomend to everyone highkey better than an aio cuz cheaper
