Enjoy pre or post-workout by adding 2 heaped teaspoons (10 g) to 200 ml of water in a glass or shaker. Stir or shake for 20 seconds or until completely dissolved. Alternatively, add 10 g to your smoothie for extra nutritional benefits

Coconut water powder, Inulin (from chicory root), Minerals (Magnesium Citrate, CalciumPhosphate, Zinc Gluconate), Natural Flavour, Salt, Acidity regulator (Potassium Citrate, Citric Acid), Natural Sweetener (Steviol glycosides, Thaumatin), Vitamins (Vitamin C, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Biotin, Folate, Vitamin B12), Natural Colour (Chlorella, Riboflavin).

Usage instructions
Shake 30 grams in a jar or shaker with 250ml of water, milk or nut milk. Alternatively, you can mix 30 grams into your oats, natural yoghurt or smoothie. For optimal results, consume twice a day.
