The Corsair iCUE LINK LX120-R RGB is a 120mm reverse-blade case fan that delivers up to 4.72 mmH2O of static pressure while keeping its illuminated front face visible for aesthetic intake mounting.

Uninterrupted aesthetics with iCUE LINK

Traditional fans show their structural stator vanes when mounted as intakes on the bottom or side of a case. The LX120-R uses a reverse-blade design to pull air into the chassis while keeping the clean, white front face and fan blades fully visible. Illumination is handled by 18 individual RGB LEDs, allowing for complex lighting patterns. The fan connects directly to Corsair’s iCUE LINK ecosystem, using a single unified connector to pass both power and lighting data, eliminating the need for multiple cables per fan.

High static pressure for restrictive intakes

Intake fans often have to pull air through restrictive dust filters or tight glass gaps. To overcome this, the LX120-R is engineered for high static pressure, generating up to 4.72 mmH2O at maximum speed. With full PWM support, the 120 x 120 x 25 mm fan can be precisely tuned between 400 and 2400 RPM, moving up to 66.7 CFM of air. This broad control range allows builders to balance heavy airflow requirements against system acoustics based on real-time component temperatures.

Magnetic Dome bearing and Zero RPM acoustics

The fan utilises Corsair’s Magnetic Dome bearing technology, which significantly reduces physical friction during rotation. This allows the fan to maintain a low noise floor of just 10 dBA at idle, scaling up to 37.7 dBA under maximum load. For absolute silence during light desktop tasks, the fan supports a Zero RPM mode that completely stops the blades until system temperatures require active cooling.
