Upgraded from a 3080. Went with ASUS after reading online they were one of the most reliable manufacturers for GPU’s. Have to say the feedback was correct. Very happy with this GPU purchase. One of the more affordable options in the 5080 series, and have had zero issues or problems since installing (was having a lot of memory leak crashes on my 3080 from a different manufacturer). Overall very happy with purchase and would recommend for those thinking of upgrading.

Epic frames!! This is a *almost* perfect video card.
I get 100+ frames at 4k on big games like Fortnite and Forza Horizon 5. Temps are pretty good. I haven’t tried overclocking yet.
My only issue is with the poor amount of VRAM in 2025, I mean, come on Nvidia.. 16 GB is NOT future proof!
Alas, I was forced to upgrade early instead of waiting for the Super series due to a failed video card.
It’ll last a while though. So if you’re in the market for a GPU, well worth the buy… and no hassle with centrecom. Thanks
