The average kitchen scales do not measure this, so unless you are a speed dealer you will never get an accurate dose. Based on this fact alone I would not buy again – feel free to let me know if perhaps my scoop was just missing in action…Helpful?(16)(0)Report?Muscle Soreness GoneJaji6 years agoI’ve been taking for a couple weeks, straight after a workout, and have noticed muscle soreness is greatly reduced the next day. I get calls from other gym goers about how sore they feel after the workout, but I feel fine, and ready for a workout the next day.
