Didn’t want to deal with the liquid, so I get a dual tower air cooler like this one instead of an aio cooler. A bit hard to install (in particular I was having some trouble to screw on the screws), but once I get it working, it’s very powerful and works great to cool my 9950X (Running at 85C to 95C when at 100% usage — good enough). Not too loud even when working at full capacity.
