1. Business Overview
Iculture Fiji is an online-based sourcing and ordering service that assists customers in Fiji and selected Pacific Islands to purchase products from Australian retailers and have them delivered internationally.
Our operating location in Makoi is used as a pickup point only and is not a retail shop.
2. Orders
- All orders must be placed via our official website or social media pages.
- We do not accept orders over the phone.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices shown on our website or social media may vary at times.
- Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order quotation.
- A 50%–60% deposit is required to confirm all orders.
- The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, M-PAiSA, or other approved methods.
4. Shipping & Delivery
International Shipping
- All product prices include:
- International shipping from Australia to Fiji
- Customs clearance
- VAT and import charges
- Customers do not pay additional international shipping fees.
Local Delivery (Fiji)
- Customers are responsible for all local delivery costs within Fiji.
- Delivery is done via Fiji Post Office using Registered Post or EMS services.
- Local delivery costs may include transport, fuel, and handling charges.
Pacific Island Delivery
- We deliver to selected Pacific Islands where EMS services are available.
- Shipping costs must be paid by the customer before dispatch.
5. Delivery Delays
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Airline or courier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping demand
- No refunds are provided for shipping delays.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have NOT been shipped from Australia.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- If the order is still in Australia, cancellation is allowed but a 30% deduction fee applies for return shipping and handling costs.
- Change of mind cancellations are only accepted before the order is placed with the supplier.
7. No Parcel Forwarding
We do not provide parcel forwarding services. Customers cannot order from Australian retailers directly and forward items to personal addresses.
All purchases must be processed through Iculture Fiji.
8. Restricted Items
Certain items cannot be shipped via air freight due to airline and customs regulations, including:
- Flammable liquids and perfumes
- Aerosols
- Loose lithium batteries or power banks
- Gas cylinders
- Hazardous chemicals
- Weapons or restricted goods
- Fireworks or explosives
Restricted items may be subject to cancellation or alternative shipping methods.
9. Warranty & Returns
- Customers must send warranty or refund items back to Australia via EMS or DHL at their own cost.
- Once processed, return shipping back to Fiji will be covered by Iculture Fiji (if approved).
- Warranty claims are subject to supplier terms and conditions.
10. Click & Collect
- Click & collect is available only from Makoi.
- Collection hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM only.
- Customers must provide at least 2–3 hours notice before pickup.
- Orders must be confirmed ready before arrival.
11. Communication & Orders
- Orders cannot be placed or confirmed over the phone.
- All orders must be made through official online channels.
- This ensures accuracy, proof of order, and proper processing.
12. Liability
Iculture Fiji acts as a sourcing and logistics facilitator. We are not responsible for:
- Manufacturer defects
- Retailer stock availability
- Customs delays or seizures
- Courier delays outside our control
13. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Iculture Fiji, you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above, including payment, shipping, and cancellation policies.
14. Updates to Terms
Iculture Fiji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
