Add 2 heaped teaspoons (10 g) to 200 ml water in a glass or shaker. Stir or shake for 20 seconds or until completely dissolved.

Usage instructions
Shake 30 grams in a jar or shaker with 250ml of water, milk or nut milk. Alternatively, you can mix 30 grams into your oats, natural yoghurt or smoothie. For optimal results, consume twice a day.
